Our shareholders play a significant role in the development of the company, and will be called upon to participate in the Scientific Committee, which we will constitute with experts of very diverse fields such as linguistics, semantics, economic intelligence, information systems, finance... During the year 2002, we lost one of our first shareholders with the accidental death of Bruno Garcia, Doctor of computing science, specialist in the Java language, Directeur of the ISIMA computer science stream (Higher Institute of Data processing and Modeling of its Applications), school of engineers specialized in computer science. The other shareholders are today:

Nicolas (34 years) Laurent Baleydier's cousin, specialist in business development, marketing regrouping, sales and communication. He has worked with Laurent since the final stage of project at the end of 1997.

Bertrand Tabellion, chairman of Athalia SA (cabinet of recruitment and accompaniment of company project carriers), founder and prior director of the Institute of SME, specialist in teaching engineering.

Patrick Dumas, founder of MonteCriso Council, Business developer (Bull, Zenith Data System, Avid, Softimages, Realviz…)..

Cyrille Antignac, Manager KPMG, specialist in the fusion/acquisition and the reorganization of large international groups, former director of the pole consulting of the Web agency B2L/Cyber BDDO, and previously Andersen consulting employee.

Gaétan Cambra, founder of the Gaetan Cambra Council, a cabinet council specialized in the accompaniment of managers in their E-business strategies (Auchan, Leroy Merlin, 3 Swiss, etc...), President of several interactive chains of television (Télémuséum/télésavoirs, jumping TV, etc...).

René Baleydier, purchasing and and international relations manager of Marseilles' port authority, Arts and Trades engineer, specialist in engineering and international project management and in artificial intelligence.

Guy Baleydier, Director of the GuyBaleydier.com cabinet and founder of Genecom, expert in the field of linguistics and communication and in particular of the left brain/right brain information processing.
