It is difficult to ask each employee to organize his own monitoring. This is why our tool is designed for one person to collect information automatically and easily distribute the targeted reports in the mailboxes of each collegue.

Parameterizing the tool is very simple: no need to be a senior data processing specialist!

Once installed on your server, the administration panel allows:
Supervision of the new sites via 14 search engines
Location of the appearance of certain keywords on all the pages of a chosen site, in particular news sites (google news, yahoo topicality, jdnet... or any other site specialized in your field...)
Announcement of page updates, in particular to send personalized monitoring reports automatically

"The KartOO Veille software allows me, as the economic information service of CCI Clermont-Fd/Issoire information manager, to simply manage my internal backup in a few clicks!
